Privacy Notice

In short: We collect the minimum information needed to keep your circle's records - just a name. No phone numbers, financial, banking, or identity document details should ever be entered into this application.

1. What Information We Collect

From Organizers	Name, email address, password (stored securely, never in readable form)
From Members	Name only - entered by the Organizer with the Member's knowledge
Never collected	Phone numbers, Aadhaar or other ID numbers, bank account or UPI details, address, or any sensitive personal data

2. Why We Collect It

This information exists solely to maintain an accurate contribution record for the circle a Member belongs to. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the record-keeping function of the group they are part of.

3. Who Can See What

An Organizer can see all records for the groups they manage.
A Member can see only their own contribution status and history - never any other member's information.
Every Member's login is uniquely and permanently tied to a single group, making it structurally impossible to view another group's data by mistake.

4. Our Access

LBLOGIC SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, the operator of MyCircleBook, does not access member-level data except where necessary for technical support or troubleshooting.

5. Consent

Because Members are added to a group by their Organizer rather than signing up themselves, the Organizer confirms at the point of adding a Member that the Member has been informed their name will be stored for group record-keeping purposes.

6. Data Retention

Records for closed or inactive groups may be periodically reviewed for removal after an extended period of inactivity, in keeping with the principle of not retaining data longer than necessary.

7. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure infrastructure located in India. Passwords and PINs are never stored in readable form.

8. Your Rights

Members and Organizers may request correction or removal of their personal data by contacting their Organizer (for Member data) or by discontinuing use of the application (for Organizer data). Requests can also be directed to LBLOGIC SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED directly.

9. Changes to This Notice

This Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how MyCircleBook operates or to comply with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
