MyCircleBook is a digital ledger that helps an organizer track contributions, payment status, and payout turns for an informal group that pools money together - such as a rotating savings circle among friends, family, or colleagues. It replaces manual tracking methods (like a notebook or spreadsheet) with a clearer, shared record.
This also works well for self-help and livelihood groups, such as women's savings groups formed under government schemes, for tracking members' monthly savings contributions and attendance-style records. MyCircleBook does not calculate or track bank loans, interest, or repayment schedules - see Section 2.
The person who creates and manages a group ("the Organizer") is solely responsible for:
A Member may view their own contribution status and history within a group. Members are trusting their Organizer directly for the accuracy of records and the fair conduct of their circle - not this application.
Changes an Organizer makes to contribution or payout records are logged automatically, with a timestamp, to support transparency and help resolve any questions that may arise.
MyCircleBook does not provide financial, legal, or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for understanding any obligations that may apply to informal money-pooling arrangements in their own circumstances.
